Get started


Once you get your confimation e-mail, select "login" from the menu bar and insert credentials. In the home page of the till, insert the login code obtained by e-mail, select a table and enter. Refresh the page to see the full menu. Your perssonal login code has director level and full access to all features.

Configurations


To configure tipology of menu, select manage > typologies, you can customize every single typo of dish, there are 8 for kitchen orders and8 for the bar. There are also 3 extra tipologies, mix, for miscellaneous. In the menu upload, the list order is called type 1, type 2 and so on until drink 8 and respect the list of customized typology (note the first 8 typologies goe into the kitchen, the last 8 to the bar).

To configure staff members, insert name and code, go to manage > personnel. The level given to staff will give the level of access to portal functionality.

If loyalty point are enabled, insert name of customers in the manage > cutomers. Bar code for client can pe printed foe quick access.

Company details can be inserted in the manage > company section.

How to use the till


Once inserted the code, selected the table and entered, it is possible to use the till and take the order. If the order is different from the one saved, it is possible to manually insert one by clicking "Manual" and writing down name of the order and typology. Once created the order, press "Insert" to confirm it or "Cancel" to delete the order inserted. To cash up the order, enter the screen again, insert the amount paied by customer and select method of payment, cash, visa, mastercard or voucher.

Delete orders


To delete the dish or drink of an order, insert the number of the order (index of single order) in the white box beside "cancel" button and press this button (the number of the order is the index and does not represent the total number of the particular dish). To cancel all order, all single orders has to be cancelled.

Modify order


To odify an order, click "chef" button for dishes, or "bar" for drinks orders. Insert full title of dish to modify, the title will be sent to kitchen or bar and is important to be clear to avoid mistakes.

How to use loyalty points


To set up loyalty points, refer to manage > campany and insert the amount of cents of credit to be given to customers for each Euro spent in the premise. to check points available to customers, select "rewards" button inside the till, bottom left. Point can be added or retrieved once the order is cashed up.

Timesheet report


To see timesheet, select accountancy > manage personnel, click top button to load timesheet. To download excel file click "export", note that data will be cancelled once the timesheet is exported.

Daily taken


To see the daily report, sselect accountancy > daily incomes. Click top button to show all transactions, select "export" to download all transactions on the disk, once exported, data will be cancelled from database.

Per visualizzare gli incassi selezionare amministrazione > incasso giornaliero. Clicca "esporta" per esportare i date_interval_create_from_date_stringin formato excel, una volta esportati, data verra' cancellata.

Add staff


To add a staff member, select manage > perssonnel. In this sscreen staff member can me entered or modified. Minimum level to allow this function is manager.
